“ZKZ, LLC” has been operating on the market since 2002.  Currently the plant’s primary activities include production of the parts such as “rotation bodies” of carbon, high-alloy and stainless steels used for the manufacture of flanges, pipelines fittings, vessels and devices. The plant provides a complete closed cycle from half-finished product preparing to the manufacturing of finished products (mechanical processing).

“ZKZ, LLC” offers for sale of up to 400 tons of products per month. Orders are taken starting from one piece.

Manufacturing time and terms of delivery to the Purchaser are from one day. In stock of the plant there is a wide range of finished products for immediate delivery.

As a direct manufacturer, our plant offers high quality products at low prices. Deliveries can be made in any quantity and on any terms from EXW to DDP, as our customers may wish.

2.      Non-standard flanges manufactured according to customer drawings are essential when it is required to connect two pipelines built in accordance with different standards or connect pipelines joints which differ from the  standards.

3.      Flanges according to Russian standards GOST 12821-80, GOST 28759-90, GOST 54432-2011 – from DN 10 to DN 2000, from PN 1 to PN 200.

4.      Concentric reducers, eccentric reducers (with non-standard walls, weldless)  ASME B16.9-2007.

5.      Blank flanges (Spectacle Blinds, Handled Caps) ASME B 16.48.

6.      Ring blanks; weight - from 20 to 1500 kg, diameter (outer) – up to 2300 mm, height - 500 mm, (following the geometry of the finished product with an allowance of 3-5 mm on the side).

7.      Weldless bushings (jets).

8.      Grid plates and their blanks.

9.      Blanks according to customer drawings ( following the contour of the required part).

We have also mastered the production of the blanks for the casing connections, cross connections and preventers (ram, universal, rotating, annular, wellhead, etc.)

Steel grades used for the production:

·      pipelines components with low performance requirements are made of carbon steel ASTM A 105 Gr1, A 106 GrA, B, A 659 CS Type 1020, A 794 CS Type 1020, EN 1.1151, AISI 1020, DIN C22E;

·      cold-resistant pipelines components with easy weldability from structural low-alloy steels for cryogenic temperatures and severe winter weather conditions  ASTM A 516-65, A 561 Gr70, A 516-55, A516-60;

·      heat-resistant pipelines components exposed to high temperatures of the  external and internal environments, are made of the steel  ASTM SA-387 Gr5,  A 193 Grade B5, A 182 Grade F5, DIN 17176;

·      pipelines  components are made of corrosion-resistant steel 13ХФА, 09ГСФ, ASTM SA-333,  ASTM SA-350 GrLF2,  DIN 17102;

·      pipelines components from stainless steel resistant to  intercrystallite corrosion for use in dilute solutions of acetic, phosphoric, nitric acids,  alkali and salt solutions at temperature from -196 to +600 ° C under pressure –  UNS S31635, AISI 318, 316H, 316Ti,  AISI 321, UNS S32100, DIN EN 1.4878, 1.4541, X6CrNiTi18-10, X12CrNiTi18-9, X10CrNiTi18-9, DIN EN X10CrNiMoNb18-12, 1.4583, 1.4571, X10CrNiMoTi18-10, X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2);

·      heat-resistant stainless pipelines components AISI 420, ASTM A 580 420, A 276 420.

Thus, use of steel of different grades enables us to produce flanged connections for different operating conditions: flange connection for chemically active media, high pressure pipelines, high and low operating temperatures.

Technologies used at the ring blank plant allow to obtain high quality castings equal to forgings in terms of strength properties, castings have a dense fine grain structure of directional view which ensures obtaining metal with a low content of harmful impurities of sulfur, phosphorus and hydrogen due to melting under protective flux layer without oxides added into the melt.

All blanks are heat-treated, tested for chemical composition and mechanical properties at the plant laboratory certified by the State Committee for the Russian Federation for Standardization and Metrology and  fitted with the equipment for non-destructive ultrasonic testing of the blanks quality. Blanks are supplied with the certificate of quality.
