Flat welded flanges by their design and purpose are the simplest, they are flat rings welded to the edge of the shell or pipe along its perimeter. A flat flange, depending on the operating conditions, can be made of steel grades st.20, 09G2S or 12X18H10T for nominal diameters from 15 to 1200 mm (DN15 ... more than 2.5 MPa. The environment is not aggressive, the temperature of the working environment is from -40 ° C to 300 ° C.

Flat welded flanges are made of:

closed die stamping of flanges,
forging on a backing ring (stamping),
centrifugal electroslag casting (TsEShL),
production from rolled rings (forgings),
plasma (laser or gas) cutting from a sheet.

Flat welded flanges are tested for tensile strength, yield strength and impact strength, mechanical properties are determined that comply with the standard.

The products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union of the EAEU TR CU 032/2013. The products are supplied with quality certificates.

The warranty period for butt weld steel flanges is 24 months.
