Quality control
Particular attention is paid to the quality of products, since the manufactured products are used at critical facilities at elevated temperatures and in the Far North, are exposed to aggressive media and excessive pressure.
The central plant laboratory controls all materials used and manufactured products for chemical composition and mechanical properties, applies non-destructive testing, studies of macro and microstructure, as well as resistance to intergranular corrosion, to confirm that the quality meets the requirements of Russian and foreign standards.
The plant of ring blanks is actively carrying out research and development work together with the leading institutes of Russia in order to improve the quality of products, about which there are various conclusions and test reports.
