The management of the company assumes the following commitments in the field of quality:

2. Fulfill the requirements of consumers and meet their expectations, releasing, in accordance with the norms and accumulated experience, quality products with high consumer properties.

3. Maintain a leading position in the region for ring blanks, flanges, and blanking flanges.

4. Expand existing and master new sales markets for manufactured products.

5. Ensure a stable financial condition of the enterprise, stable employment of personnel and its social security.

6. Provide a competitive salary for employees of the enterprise, depending on the quality of performance of their functional duties.

7. Create a favorable environment conducive to the involvement of each employee in the process of continuous improvement of the quality of products.

8. Ensure the effectiveness of measures to improve product quality, aimed at preventing unwanted exposure to risks, and taking into account future needs and expectations of consumers.

9. Ensure timely adoption of preventive and corrective actions in order to eliminate inconsistencies identified on the basis of collection and analysis of data on actual indicators of product and process quality.

10. Continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2015 and compliance with the requirements of all interested parties.

11. Development and improvement of the quality management system, mastery by specialists of all levels of QMS methods and standards, and their use in everyday production activities.
