Own production. The enterprise uses modern technologies of electroslag remelting and hot deformation, which make it possible to obtain a stable quality of metal, in full compliance with the requirements of Russian and foreign standards. The ring blanks plant has its own machining production of parts up to 3500 mm in outer diameter.
The quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, operating at the enterprise, allows you to obtain stable high quality products, comply with production times, provide comfortable working conditions and maintain equipment in working order, and the principles and management strategy help to more clearly and harmoniously set up work with the customer and subdivisions of the plant. Compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is confirmed by the certificate of conformity issued by Bureau Veritas Certification. The products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union of the EAEU TR CU 032/2013.
