Butt-welded collar flanges have increased rigidity and strength, are used for a more reliable method of attachment to a pipeline with high and overpressure, as well as for connection to shut-off and control valves, measuring instruments, welded pipes, vessels and apparatus, reservoirs in heat supply, water supply , oil and gas and chemical sectors. Working environment temperature from -253 ° С to + 600 ° С.

Butt-weld fastening, allows to achieve high strength and tightness of the joint with one joint seam.

The butt-welded flange, depending on the operating conditions, is made of steel grades st.20, 09G2S, 15X5M, 13XFA or 12X18H10T for nominal diameters from 15 to 1400 mm (DN15 ... DN1400) and can be used on equipment and pipelines at a nominal pressure not more than 25.0 MPa.

Butt weld flanges are made of:

• closed die stamping of flanges,
• forging on a backing ring (stamping),
• centrifugal electroslag casting (TsEShL),
• production from rolled rings (forgings),
• plasma (laser or gas) cutting from a sheet.

Butt weld flanges are tested for tensile strength, yield strength and impact strength, and mechanical properties are determined that comply with the standard.

The products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union of the EAEU TR CU 032/2013. The products are supplied with quality certificates.

The warranty period for butt weld steel flanges is 24 months.
